A33 Preparation for the meeting in Italy

Preparations for the 1st Students Exchange and 2nd Transnational Meeting of the BLEND-IT, Erasmus+ project took place in April 2015: the Italian school made practical arrangements, such as booking the hotel, providing information on how to arrive to the school etc. and together with the coordinator prepared the meeting agenda. They took care of finding suitable host families for the guest students and have made the matching of students based on common interests. Participant institutions made travel arrangements: booking flights, buying insurance, prepared all the necessary information for the meeting. All teachers that accompanied students at this meeting and Romanian representatives also prepared BL lessons and uploaded them on the Moodle Platform.
