A3 Preparation for the meeting in Portugal

Preparations for the 1st Transnational Meeting of the BLEND-IT, Erasmus+ project took place in October 2014: the Portuguese school made practical arrangements, such as booking the hotel, providing information on how to arrive to the school etc. and together with the coordinator prepared the meeting agenda. Participant institutions made travel arrangements: booking flights, buying insurance, prepared all the necessary information for the meeting.
