LTT4: Exchanging the good practices and International science Fair
Our last Ltt meeting was held in Targu Jiu, Romania from 27th May -1st June 2019. Asociatia Edulifelong hosted teachers and studentss from Turkey, Portugal, Sweden, Italy and Greece in a group of almost 40 participants. The main topic of the meeting was “Exchanging the good practices and International science Fair” .
Day 1 -Introduction, welcoming -Presentation of Romania and Romanian Culture
-Welcome/ giving information for the week/ introducing participants/ Presentation Romania and Targu Jiu
-How to plan a Science Fair, from the beginning: Designing posters, invitations, certificates, etc.
-Spaghetti Bridge –for students
-Walking tour in the city center
Day2 -Outdoor activity in Hunedoara county
-Guided Cultural visits to Huniazi Castle
-Guided Cultural visits to Deva fortress
Day 3 -Yes I can -MOOC presentation : -How to involve students in extracurricular activities
-Think outside the box-Stem activity for students
-Etwinning and how to benefit of the added value of using less formal activities for teaching their students
-Catapult Challenge-Stem activity for students
-STEAM workshops-Italy presentation
Day 4 -Science fair
-Setting up registration and setting up the stands
-Presentations of projects
-Evaluation
-Awards
-Seminar 21 century education: difficulties, needs, solutions

-Hurezi Monastery
-Horezu Pottery
-Visit The Palace of the Parliament
