1st Transnational Meeting
The kick off meeting of the Stem for all project, took place from 16 to 17 of November 2017, in Cefalu, Italy.
The meeting was hosted by the Italian school, Jacopo del Duca - Diego Bianca Amato and brought together 15 representatives of the other 5 partner institutions.
Day 01
The Kick off Meeting of STEM FOR ALL Erasmus+ project was the first event that brought together 15 representative participants from all partner countries involved in this strategic partnership.
This meeting had important value for being the initial meeting of the project in which all the partners met face to face at the first time and discussed the project’s important organizational and management issues under the leadership of Turkey.
The first day of our meeting started with a warm welcome from the project coordinator, Mrs Sibel Saygin and a short speech from the Italian deputy headmistress.
After that we have moved to the working room, where each contact person has presented its organization.
Throught the day we have discussed the following issues: project objectives, activities, roles and tasks of each institution etc.
Day 02
During the second day we have set the dates of next meetings, deadlines to perform future activities, financial issues and inter-institutional contracts, presentation on project Financial and administrative requirements, including: project management structure: role of applicant, coordinator and partners; project Financing ; eligible costs and payment contractual conditions- Bilateral agreement; discussion on Monitoring and Evaluation activities; discussion on Dissemination activities .

We have evaluated two aspects of our project: the management and the first event. Results of this evaluation will be published soon in the report of this first meeting.
